Full Job Description Schedule:

2 shifts available: Saturday & Sunday 8am-4p, OR Saturday 11am-8pm & Sunday 4pm-8pm

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual that values customer experience.

Position Overview:

As the Laundromat Attendant , you will be the face of our business. You'll ensure the store is presented well, provide outstanding customer service, handle phone calls and messages, and process drop-off laundry orders. You'll also support with cleaning tasks at our sister company as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of the laundromat and maintain a clean, organized environment Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude Answer phone calls and messages promptly and professionally Manage drop-off laundry orders: washing, drying, folding, and packaging Ensure all customer items are handled with care and accuracy Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and supply organization Assist with light cleaning duties at our sister company when required

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility Ability to multitask and work independently Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Must be able to lift laundry bags and stand for extended periods
