Job Description

Part-Time Legal Administrative Assistant Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team for a six-month period. This role is ideal for someone who is a multi-tasker with excellent communication and analytical skills, and who can be trained on regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating compliance requests and issuing certifications for compliance.
Responsibilities Evaluating Compliance Requests:
Review and assess compliance requests to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
Issuing Certifications:
Prepare and issue certifications for compliance based on evaluations.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including maintaining and organizing files, drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Communication:
Liaise with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with regulations.
Training:
Participate in training sessions to understand and stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance. Essential Skills General office experience with good communication and people skills. Proficiency in multiple applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to be trained on government regulations. Proficient in office-type communications and written communication. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Legal/compliance experience is a bonus but not required. Work Environment This is a part-time position with flexible hours, working 20 hours per week. The schedule can be adjusted to work either 4 days a week at 5 hours per day or 5 days a week at 4 hours per day. The contract period is six months, from May to September. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Neenah, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
