Part-Time Maintenance

Overview We are looking for a dependable Custodian / Maintenance Team Member to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in our Memory Care community. This role supports both housekeeping and basic maintenance needs to ensure our residents and staff have a well-maintained home-like setting. Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas, offices, restrooms, and staff areas Take out trash, recycling, and green waste and place bins at the curb on scheduled days Perform basic maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, and touch-up painting Help keep outdoor areas such as walkways and entryways clean and safe Report maintenance issues or safety concerns Assist with occasional furniture assembly, moving or activity set-ups Follow safety and infection control procedures Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly for follow-up Requirements Proven experience in custodial work or janitorial services with a focus on commercial or industrial cleaning environments Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently using various cleaning tools and equipment Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as basic repairs and light painting is a plus Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform manual cleaning activities Embark on a role that values your dedication to cleanliness and maintenance excellence!
