We are looking for a Temporary (Seasonal) Part-Time Assistant Instructor to join our team this summer, with the potential for continued long-term employment based on performance and fit. For over 20 years, our martial arts academy has been changing lives through martial arts, leadership, and character development. We are continuing to grow and are looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who want to grow with us. What You'll Do Assist with martial arts classes for children, teens, and adults Help create a positive, high-energy, encouraging training environment Support the head instructor during classes, camps, events, and activities Build strong relationships with students and families Serve as a positive role model both on and off the mat Help students improve confidence, focus, discipline, and respect Assist with daily operations and team responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For We are searching for team members who are: ✅ Reliable and dependable ✅ Positive, energetic, and coachable ✅ Strong communicators and team players ✅ Organized and detail-oriented ✅ Comfortable working with children and families ✅ Motivated to learn and grow professionally ✅ Able to maintain a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment Requirements High school diploma or GED required Minimum 3 years of martial arts experience

REQUIRED

Taekwondo Black Belt preferred Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be available Monday-Saturday. Must be willing to work at our Wellington and/or West Palm Beach location.
