Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for the role to transition to full-time in the future. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Vietnamese, possess strong clinical skills, and have a passion for working with the geriatric population.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions. Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to improve patients' functional abilities and enhance their overall well-being. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of California. Fluency in Vietnamese is preferred. Experience in geriatric, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
