Responsibilities
  • Perform accounts payable data entry, invoice processing, and maintain accurate financial and administrative records
  • Assist with employee onboarding paperwork, new hire documentation, and scheduling meetings or interviews
  • Provide administrative support to company leadership, including calendar management and office coordination
  • Organize physical and digital documents, files, and office records to ensure efficient recordkeeping and compliance
  • Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks and data entry as needed
  • Support day-to-day office operations, clerical tasks, and special projects in a professional office environment
  • Communicate professionally with employees, leadership, and external vendors via email, phone, and in person
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and discretion Qualifications
  • Previous office administration, administrative assistant, customer service, or data entry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer systems
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a part-time office role
