The Office Assistant will work closely with leadership to support daily office operations, assist with onboarding paperwork and scheduling, and provide essential administrative and clerical support in a fast-paced small business setting. Responsibilities- Perform accounts payable data entry, invoice processing, and maintain accurate financial and administrative records
- Assist with employee onboarding paperwork, new hire documentation, and scheduling meetings or interviews
- Provide administrative support to company leadership, including calendar management and office coordination
- Organize physical and digital documents, files, and office records to ensure efficient recordkeeping and compliance
- Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks and data entry as needed
- Support day-to-day office operations, clerical tasks, and special projects in a professional office environment
- Communicate professionally with employees, leadership, and external vendors via email, phone, and in person
- Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and discretion Qualifications
- Previous office administration, administrative assistant, customer service, or data entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer systems
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a part-time office role
