TIG Welder/Fabricator | Hyde Park, UT Nexeo Staffing is hiring experienced TIG Welders/Fabricators for a respected fabrication company in Hyde Park, UT. This is a hands-on opportunity for skilled welders with experience working on stainless steel, including 304 SS and 316 SS. Candidates should be confident performing precision TIG and dual-shield welding while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced fabrication environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and excellent benefits upon hire. Responsibilities Perform TIG and dual-shield welding on stainless steel materials, including 304 SS and 316 SS Weld and fabricate stainless pipe and metal components to specification Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and schematics Fit, assemble, and fabricate metal parts accurately Inspect welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy Operate welding and fabrication tools such as grinders, scrapers, chippers, and hand tools Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following OSHA and company safety standards Participate in weld testing, including a T-shape weld test using dual-shield welding Work independently and collaboratively with the fabrication team Qualifications 3+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience preferred Strong TIG welding experience required, especially with stainless steel and stainless pipe Experience working with 304 SS and 316 SS highly preferred Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols accurately Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs throughout the shift Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced fabrication environment Pay $25.00-$30.00 per hour Schedule Full Time | Monday -Thursday | 6:00am-4:30pm Nexeo Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short-Term Disability Refer a Friend Bonus | Other Financial Incentives (Bonuses) Weekly Pay | Direct Deposit |
