This role plays an important part in creating a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meals and hydration Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Support residents with daily routines and activities Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous caregiving or senior living experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and provide exceptional resident care
