Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate per diem Registered Nurse (RN) with home care experience & knowledge of NJ Home Care License regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and the ability to adhere to protocols and standards. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and grow as we obtain new clients. Must be available 1-2 days during the week. Responsibilities Conduct in-home initial client assessments to create individualized care plans. Perform 60 day client reassessment to ensure proper care. Adjust client care plan as needed. Participate in CHHA hiring, orientation, supervision, training and competency evaluations. Oversee training of caregivers to ensure compliance with state regulations. Educate clients, families and caregivers on care management. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Current NJ Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 years of experience in home care. Knowledge of NJ Home Care License regulations and case management principles a must. Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with clients, family member, and caregivers. A commitment to providing compassionate and supportive care is essential for success in this role. Driver's license and reliable transportation. This franchise is independently owned and operated. Pay:

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour
