Part-Time Pharmacist

Turnbridge is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Part-Time Pharmacist to support our Residential Treatment Center in Killingworth, CT. Our team works with adolescents, ages 14-17. This role works closely with Nursing, APRNs, Psychiatric Providers, and Medical Leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication management across our adolescent residential programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for flexible part-time hours in a mission-driven healthcare environment focused on adolescent mental health, behavioral health, and substance use treatment. Responsibilities Review, input, and maintain medication orders within internal medical systems Collaborate with Nursing staff, APRNs, and Medical Providers regarding medication management and accuracy Audit medication records, orders, counts, and documentation for compliance and safety Support medication ordering workflows and coordination with outside pharmacies Review MARs and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance Qualifications Active Pharmacist license in the State of Connecticut Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working with psychiatric, behavioral health, residential, or adolescent populations preferred Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team Familiarity with EMR systems and medication documentation workflows preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Schedule Part-time Flexible scheduling available

Pay:

$70.00 - $80.00 per hour
