Part Time Property Manager

We are looking for the right responsible and caring individual to manage our 38 unit elderly and disabled community. This individual will be responsible for daily operations on-site. Responsibilities may include daily bank deposits, collecting rents due, requesting and directing maintenance issues to be fixed, screening applications and applicants, assisting tenants with their needs, creating and maintaining a safe community atmosphere and much more. RD experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Must have a positive, and compassionate attitude. Reliable transportation, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook required. This position is part time, and flexible. Schedule will be discussed if you are interviewed.
