Part Time Property Manager

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of 36-unit residential property in the Calmar area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable managing on-site responsibilities independently. This role will primarily focus on property showings, move-in and move-out coordination, and resident communication. Responsibilities Conduct apartment and property showings for prospective residents Conduct move-in and move-out inspections Assist with key coordination and resident check-ins/check-outs Communicate with current and prospective residents professionally and promptly Schedule maintenance with local vendors Help ensure units are clean, ready, and prepared for occupancy Coordinate scheduling and follow-up as needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and dependable Ability to work independently and manage scheduling Professional attitude and appearance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Property management, leasing, or customer service experience preferred but not required Compensation & Schedule Starting pay of $20/hour Bonus opportunities available Part-time flexible schedule Some evening or weekend availability may be needed for showings Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and able to provide a positive experience for residents and prospective tenants.
