Job Description

The Property Manager is responsible for managing a manufactured home community in Opp, AL . This is a part-time position intended for a person with some form of prior property management experience and ability to work on flexible schedule and visit the park at least once a day. The person needs to be located in Opp, AL area and visit the park often.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and enforce rent collections Deposit checks/money order through scanner Log in rent collections in property management software Show vacant units and sign new leases (COMMISSIONS
AVAILABLE
) Investigate and resolve tenant complaints Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion Help lease lots/homes within the property Assist in coordinating installation of new homes Pursue eviction proceedings Enforce property rules and regulations Available after hours to timely address park related emergencies
