Part-time Receptionist

Part-Time Receptionist - Rigby Pediatric Clinic Rehab Specialists of Idaho Rehab Specialists of Idaho is hiring a part-time receptionist (approximately 16 hours per week with potential for more) for our Rigby Pediatric Therapy Clinic. This position helps keep our clinic organized, welcoming, and running smoothly for patients, families, and therapists. Pay DOE Responsibilities Answer phone calls and assist patients Schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and authorizations Send intake paperwork and enter patient information into the EHR Scan and organize documents Communicate with patients, therapists, and provider offices Assist with general administrative tasks Qualifications Strong organization and attention to detail Friendly and professional communication skills Comfortable with computers and technology Ability to handle confidential information Dependable and looking for a long-term position Medical office experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
