Part-Time Registered Nurse - Vitamin Infusion WEEKENDS

• This part-time position is for the Brielle Dripbar, however employees are required to train and work in our Aberdeen location as well.

Applicants must be able to commit to working in BOTH locations, as well as working at least 4 weekend days per month, and must be able to work a consistent schedule each week. We are looking for happy and upbeat nurses to help us promote and deliver intravenous vitamin therapies to support our client's healthy lifestyles. Our clients are interested in anti-aging, health support, improving energy and mental sharpness. They are not waiting to get sick; they are working to stay well. We also support many clients battling through chronic illnesses such as cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cognitive impairment, and other challenging conditions that are only partially addressed by conventional medicine. Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care in a wellness infusion setting, following established protocols and procedures.
• Administer medications, injections and treatment plans as ordered by the physician.
• Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects during infusion therapy.
• Draw blood from patients for medical testing.
• Educate patients and their families about the infusion process, including potential side effects and self-care measures.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and timely.

Specialty Skills:

• highly skilled at IV insertion and maintenance
• Strict adherence to aseptic techniques during IV access and infusion administration
• understanding various vitamin combinations and their therapeutic uses
• ability to calculate and prepare vitamin infusions according to physician orders
• ability to assess and manage potential adverse reactions
• strong patient education abilities
• proficiency in using electronic medical record systems to document patient care
• willingness to promote memberships and additional services based on client wellness goals

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, Registered Nurse Must possess VERY strong IV peripheral skills (90% first time stick rate) Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse Minimum of 2 years current nursing experience; infusion therapy, including patient assessment skills, venous access skills BLS certification current Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills Willing and available to work weekends
