Part Time Server

Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable for seating arrangements and waitlist management Follow food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Part time at 10-20 hours per week. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry Experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or guest services is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nights as needed in a fast-paced environment Join us to make every guest's experience extraordinary!
