Hours :

15-30 hours weekly | 2-5 shifts per week Year-round position only (no seasonal hiring) If you like staying busy, talking to people, and being part of a high-energy team—you're going to love it here. Who This Job Is For We are specifically looking for people who: Have at least 1 year of customer service experience Are naturally friendly and comfortable talking to customers Work well in a team and communicate clearly Stay calm, focused, and productive in a fast-paced environment Take pride in doing things the right way, even when it's busy Want consistent hours and a reliable schedule (not just a short-term job) Bonus if you've worked as a barista, in food service, or in any role where speed + people skills matter. What You'll Actually Do You'll be making smoothies, serving customers, and keeping things running smoothly (literally and figuratively).

Every shift includes:

Greeting customers and keeping the energy positive Making smoothies accurately and quickly Handling orders and cash transactions Cleaning, stocking, and prepping ingredients Supporting your team so no one gets buried during rushes Keeping the store running like a well-oiled machine Locations & Schedule We strongly prefer team members who are available at BOTH locations: Lynnwood (Alderwood Mall) Shoreline Expect 2-5 shifts per week and 15-30 hours weekly depending on availability and performance.
