This role involves preparing each property for incoming guests by ensuring it is clean, fully reset, and guest-ready. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of rental properties between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Ensure all surfaces, floors, appliances, and fixtures are sanitized and spotless according to company standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Conduct detailed floor care including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and spot cleaning as needed. Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials to ensure guest comfort. Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate team members promptly. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service by communicating effectively with property managers or hosts when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials. Ability to perform detailed floor care including carpet cleaning and floor polishing. Experience with laundry processes including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Familiarity with housekeeper management or custodial responsibilities is advantageous. Ability to work independently while following a structured schedule and maintaining high-quality standards.
