Parts Counter Associate:

Assist customers - in person and by phone Use active listening and equipment knowledge to troubleshoot with customers to identify the parts that they need for their specific equipment. Look up parts for loaders, delimbers, slashes, feller buncher, and grapples in parts books. Unpack, log, and prioritize shipping and receiving of parts Order products to replenish stock Clean storefront as needed Make hydraulic hoses for customers Other tasks as assigned. Knowledge is helpful of hydraulic engines and industrial equipment.
