Parts Manager - Woodburn, Indiana Rock Machinery is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Manager to support our expanding operations in Woodburn, Indiana. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers across Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky receive the exceptional service and support Rock Machinery is known for. What You'll Do Serve as the primary inside contact for customers, providing fast, accurate, and friendly service Collaborate with the inside sales (Customer Support) team to handle quotes, process orders, and follow up on delivery timelines Receive, inspect, and manage inventory; recommend new stock based on customer needs Coordinate and occasionally assist with local deliveries Bring a positive, team-oriented approach to every task, helping build the success of our Woodburn branch What We're Looking For Strong customer service and sales mindset — you care about helping people, not just moving parts Organized and proactive, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams); experience with Sage100 or ERP systems is a plus, but we'll train you Prior experience in parts, inventory, or inside sales (especially in aggregates, mining, or heavy equipment) is highly desirable Willingness to pitch in wherever needed — from inventory management to deliveries Forklift experience

Pay:

From $23.00 per hour
