Parts Room Clerk

SummaryResponsible for the accurate receiving and distribution of parts within the Parts Supply Room. Maintain efficient inventory levels to ensure essential parts are available when needed without inflating parts inventoryEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Organization.

Maintain inventory integrity to eliminate shortages to prevent unnecessary downtime Organize Parts Room to minimize wait time for maintenance personnelMonitor inventory daily and communicate parts needing to be orderedEnsure the security of the inventoryMaintain a safe work environmentGenerate Purchase Orders & RequisitionsAll other related duties as assigned.
