We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about the cannabis industry. Cannabis industry experience is highly considered. Position Overview Cultivation Technicians assist with the day-to-day care and maintenance of cannabis plants and cultivation environments while supporting operational and compliance standards throughout the facility. Responsibilities Assist with daily plant care and cultivation activities Watering, pruning, transplanting, trellising, and facility sanitation Maintain clean and organized cultivation rooms Follow strict compliance procedures and SOP guidelines Support cultivation leadership with day-to-day operational tasks Assist with facility cleanliness and environmental upkeep Work collaboratively with the cultivation team to ensure production goals are met Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Cannabis industry experience highly considered Must be comfortable working in a regulated environment Interview Information Video interviews will be conducted between 5/12/2026 - 5/14/2026 between 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM.
