Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pastor to lead and nurture our faith community. In this vital role, you will inspire spiritual growth, provide compassionate guidance, and foster a welcoming environment for all members. Your leadership will help individuals deepen their faith, find support during life's challenges, and actively participate in community outreach. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a heartfelt commitment to service, and the ability to connect with diverse groups through teaching, preaching, and mentoring. Duties Deliver engaging sermons and religious teachings that resonate with the congregation's needs and spiritual journey. Provide Christian counseling and bereavement support to individuals and families navigating grief or personal crises. Lead worship services, prayer meetings, and special events that foster community spirit and spiritual growth. Offer guidance on hospice care and end-of-life issues with compassion and sensitivity. Mentor church members of all ages, encouraging their spiritual development through teaching and personal example. Plan and coordinate community outreach programs, seminars, retreats, and educational workshops. Manage conflict resolution within the congregation with tact and understanding to maintain harmony. Support crisis intervention efforts by providing immediate spiritual care during emergencies or difficult situations. Skills Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills that inspire trust and engagement. Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring, conflict management, and crisis management. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively convey messages of faith and support. Proven experience in teaching religious principles across diverse age groups. Skilled in event planning to organize worship services, community events, and educational programs. Knowledge of hospice care practices, bereavement support techniques, and Christian counseling methods. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism while providing crisis intervention when needed. Pay:

$30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
