Job Description

We are looking for coverage on Saturdays and Sundays and Mondays and Wednesdays. The hours are 3:45 AM to 11 AM. Some days may be finished at between 8 AM and 10 AM.Please note that punctuality being on time and showing up in a very consistent manner are required. Must know how to bake, prep, proof, cleanliness is a must and must be able to work with a team of other high performance hard working individuals. Attention to details and able to learn fast under the direction of our executive pastry chef(s). Experience is recommended. Weekend availability is also required.
