Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing Patient Care & Operations Concierge (PCC) to join our Wellington and Boca Raton locations (must be available to work both locations). This role is designed for someone who wants to be front and center in patient experience and deeply involved in the operational growth of the practice. The long-term trajectory of this position is to evolve into a management role while remaining closely connected to front-of-house operations. This is not a traditional front desk role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants visibility into the business, ownership of outcomes, and the ability to grow alongside a rapidly scaling aesthetic practice. Training & Collaboration This role includes periodic travel to our Palm Beach Gardens location for hands-on training, mentorship, and collaboration with senior leadership. This exposure is intentional and designed to support development, alignment, and long-term growth within the organization. What You'll Own Front-of-house patient experience from check-in through checkout Scheduling accuracy, intake completion, and patient flow Inventory tracking, organization, and support of ordering Review of performance reports and support of growth initiatives Re-engagement and retention efforts in collaboration with sales and providers Cross-functional collaboration across all roles within the Boca Raton location Leadership Path This role is intentionally designed as a leadership track. With consistent performance, accountability, and ownership, the trajectory is to move into a management role while remaining actively involved in daily operations. Experience in aesthetics, cosmetic/plastic surgery, wellness, or a comparable high-touch service environment preferred Patient-facing or client-facing experience required Strong understanding of service-based business operations, including performance metrics and operational efficiency Comfort reviewing reports and understanding how decisions impact revenue, inventory spend, and operating costs (training provided) Organized, proactive, and comfortable with accountability Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow with the practice — not someone seeking a static front desk position.
