Full Time Days | 6:30am to 7:00pm How you'll make an impact in this role Champion the comfort and dignity of our patients by assisting with daily living activities and personal care, ensuring they feel supported throughout their stay. Enhance patient safety and mobility by skillfully assisting with transfers and positioning, helping our patients regain their strength and independence. Act as a vital link in the care chain by observing and reporting changes in a patient's physical or emotional well-being, ensuring the nursing team has the real-time data needed for quick intervention. Maintain a healing environment by keeping patient rooms organized and medical equipment ready for use, allowing the clinical team to focus entirely on patient recovery. Document the care journey with accuracy and detail, ensuring every patient's record reflects the high-quality, personalized attention they receive. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification /

Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
