Job Description
Overview We are seeking a full time Patient Coordinator for our private General Dental practice. Dental experience is a must. The Patient Coordinator plays a key role in guiding patients through their dental care journey. This position involves discussing treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring patients feel informed and confident about their care. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Verify insurance information and patient records Collect payments and process paperwork Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist patients with questions and office communication Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operationsPresent and explain treatment plans clearly and professionally Responsible for assisting with daily front desk operations (scheduling, answering incoming phone calls) Answer patient questions regarding procedures, costs, and insurance Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements Follow up with patients regarding pending or incomplete treatment Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations Ensure schedule is full, efficient, and confirmed daily Coordinate referrals, marketing, and patient experience Help resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
What We're Looking For:
Dental front desk experience ( required ) Eaglesoft experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Positive, patient-focused attitude Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience PTO 401(k) with employer match Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and Friday from 8:00-5:00.
