Our med spa is growing, and we're looking for a warm, organized, and service-driven Patient Coordinator to join our team and support our patients and providers. If you love aesthetics, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and enjoy helping people feel their best, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Greet and check-in patients, creating a welcoming and high-end experience Answer phone calls, return voicemails, and respond to patient inquiries Schedule appointments and manage daily provider schedules Educate patients about services, membership options, and skincare products Support patient consultation flow and treatment coordination Handle payments, invoices, and follow-up communication Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and lobby Work closely with providers and clinical team to ensure seamless patient care What We're Looking For Prior experience in a medical spa, luxury hospitality, or medical office preferred Professional, friendly, and polished communication and presentation Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask smoothly Comfort engaging with patients and discussing aesthetic services High level of discretion and professionalism with patient information Tech-savvy and willing to learn our scheduling/EMR systems Positive energy, team player, and committed to an exceptional patient experience Why Join Us Work with a supportive and growth-minded team Learn from leading surgical and aesthetic providers Hands-on exposure to cosmetic services, skincare, and patient care Opportunities for training, development, and future advancement Employee treatment and product benefits Competitive pay based on experience
