Role Overview:
Patient Service Specialist As a Patient Service Specialist, you'll be the welcoming face of Mercy Urgent Care—providing excellent service, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and supporting patients every step of the way. From registration and insurance verification to compassionate communication, you'll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience.

What You'll Do:
Greet and register patients with warmth and professionalism Verify insurance and process payments Answer phones, route calls, and support patient inquiries Maintain a welcoming and organized clinic environment Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For:
