Paving and Sealcoating

We are hiring dependable and detail-oriented Paving and Sealcoating employees to join our growing team. The role involves prepping asphalt surfaces, applying sealer, crack filling, and assisting with asphalt paving for commercial and residential projects. Must be comfortable doing physical work outdoors in various weather conditions. There will be possibilities of doing some other work outside of Paving and Sealcoating also.

Job Responsibilities Surface Preparation:

Clean asphalt surfaces using blowers, brooms, shovels, and pressure washers.

Sealcoating:

Apply sealer by spray or squeegee, ensuring even coverage.

Paving & Repair:

Assist with asphalt patching, resurfacing, and pothole repairs.

Crack Filling:

Clean and fill cracks in pavement with hot or cold filler.

Site Management:

Set up traffic control devices, tidy up job sites, and trim edges.

Equipment Care:

Inspect and maintain tools, including sprayers, blowers, and trucks. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in paving and sealcoating preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for long periods. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license preferred, CDL is a plus. Strong work ethic and ability to work within a team.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

Competitive pay $18 - $27 an hour based on experience
