Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience Conduct product demonstrations and explain item features to encourage sales and upselling opportunities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean store environment Manage inventory by conducting stock checks and assisting with product demos to showcase items effectively Provide knowledgeable assistance on pawn transactions, appraisals, and loan processes Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Support supervisory staff in training new team members and supervising daily store operations when needed Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash register operations Strong supervising or leadership experience in retail or similar environments Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, pricing, and inventory management Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capacities to serve diverse customers Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos to engage customers effectively Knowledge of customer service best practices within a retail or grocery store setting Familiarity with phone etiquette for professional customer interactions Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently and accurately Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, thrive in a lively retail environment, and are eager to grow your sales expertise!
