Job Description

Job description We are looking for a detail oriented person to fill an office assistant position. It is a full time position, 5 days a week. 8:30 am to 5:pm Mon Thru Thur. 8:30am to 3:00 pm on Friday. Overtime will be expected during quarterly time, which happens every 3 months. Duties 1. Answering the phone and taking payroll information 2. Filing of payroll folders 3. Packaging the payroll to be mailed or picked up. 4. Emailing payroll info to clients 5. Payroll processing after training of other duties. Experience Experience is not necessary, we will train the right candidate.
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
