$20.00 to $24.00 per hour

Job Description:

We need candidates specializing in "backend" payroll or after payroll has been processed. This position is looking for candidates that have strong payroll tax processing experience.

Responsibilities:

Work on tax notices Work with tax providers Handle power of attorneys and 3rd party authorizations Communicate with outside tax vendors through internal ticketing systems Participate in testing activities Attend meetings

Required Skills:

Strong payroll tax processing experience Previous work with state agencies Multi-state tax experience Payroll tax filing experience Solid foundation of payroll taxes including federal, state, and FICA taxes MS Office Suite (Excel) Clear and effective communication Attention to detail Self-motivation Consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Project/testing experience

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma required 2-3 years of payroll tax experience Payroll experience required
