Full-Time Computer Repair Technician Tech Castle - Latonia, KY Tech Castle is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Computer Repair Technician to join our growing team! Located inside the iconic Johnny's Toys Building, Tech Castle is more than just a store—we're a community hub for technology, repairs, and a bit of nostalgia. Monday-Friday:

8:30am-5:30pm A friendly, team-oriented environment A unique retail space with a fun, nostalgic atmosphere What You'll Do Diagnose and repair computers, phones, tablets and other electronics Deliver excellent customer service in a retail setting Explain technical issues in a clear, easy-to-understand way Help customers understand solutions and prevent future issues Assist with daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, cleanliness) Work independently and with a team to complete repairs efficiently What We're Looking For Previous retail/customer-facing experience Experience in device diagnostics and repairs and a willingness to expand those skills Basic Networking knowledge Strong communication and problem-solving skills A positive, patient, and customer-first attitude Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable and self-motivated

Additional Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!)
