Pediatric Dental Receptionist

About Us:

We are a fast-paced, busy Pediatric Dental Office looking for a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our family! We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our young patients. Our current front desk receptionist has been with us for a long time and is moving out of state so the vacancy.

We are looking for a candidate interested in a

LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIP

Responsibilities:

Manage multi-line phones with professionalism and care. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Warmly greet and check patients in/out. Verify dental insurance coverage and handle basic billing. Assist with Recall and continuing care systems.

Qualifications:

Dental Experience:

Previous experience in a dental office is highly preferred.

Software:

Familiarity with DENTRIX is a significant plus.

Skills:

Knowledge of dental terminology and basic insurance/billing.

Attributes:

Solid work ethic, quick learner, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
