Northborough, MA Passion Dental is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist to join our well-established pediatric specialty practices in Northborough and Framingham, Massachusetts . This role offers providing a balanced workweek across two thriving pediatric offices. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a family-oriented, team-driven environment that prioritizes high-quality patient care, clinical excellence, and provider support. Position Overview Consistent 5-day work week Established patient base at both locations Strong clinical and administrative support teams Growth opportunities Partnership Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and limited surgical procedures Diagnose and treat oral health conditions in infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs Educate patients and caregivers on oral health, prevention, and treatment planning Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office leadership to ensure efficient workflows Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and professionalism Practice Environment Busy, well-established pediatric specialty offices Modern technology and efficient clinical systems Supportive, collaborative team culture Emphasis on patient comfort, education, and positive dental experiences Compensation & Benefits $20,000 sign-on bonus Competitive compensation package Flexible and predictable schedule Dedicated support from Passion Dental leadership and operations teams Opportunity for long-term growth within a growing, doctor-led organization DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program Board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD) Active Massachusetts dental license or eligibility for licensure Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered pediatric care Experience treating infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
