Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in person home-based or community setting (ex: library), Parent Child Group, and teletherapy Early Intervention (EI)/Preschool services on a full-time basis. •Start Date can be anytime from June 1-September 15•Responsibilities Deliver home-based/community family-centered therapy following EI and preschool guidelines Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with families and the EI team. Coach caregivers in strategies to support ongoing motor skills and daily functioning Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state EI/preschool requirements. Collaborate with service coordinators, PT/SLP professionals, and other EI/preschool providers. Attend required EI/preschool meetings or trainings (virtual or in-person as needed). Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active NY state OT license Experience with Early Intervention, pediatrics, or family coaching is strongly preferred. Reliable transportation for home visits. Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay:
