Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing essential speech-language pathology services to students in a vibrant educational setting near the scenic Rocky Mountains. This full-time position offers a chance to make a genuine impact on pediatric populations while advancing your skills in a collaborative environment. Both seasoned professionals and SLPs completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply, with travelers eligible for tax-free stipends based on qualification.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Colorado SLP license Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist, ideally with school-aged children or within pediatric settings ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status welcomed Strong knowledge in speech therapy techniques for educational and healthcare-related needs Effective communication and organizational skills to thrive in multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions to students Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and document results in accordance with IEP goals and state regulations Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student communication and language development Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations as required Provide guidance and support to families and school staff regarding speech-language disorders
