Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by providing expert speech-language therapy services for the 2026/2027 school year. This contract opportunity is ideal for dedicated professionals passionate about supporting school-aged children through evidence-based speech services. Key Qualifications:
Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Experience with pediatric and school settings strongly preferred Proficiency in providing both onsite and teletherapy services Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Comfortable supporting a diverse student population across elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for all interventions and progress Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and student support processes Collaborate regularly with teachers, administration, and caregivers to maximize student success Provide resources, training, and support to school staff as needed
