Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in elementary education by providing speech-language therapy services to young learners for the 2026-27 school year. This opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Work in a supportive school environment with a caseload of 45-50 students, focusing on enhancing communication skills and academic success.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology SC state SLP licensure or eligibility SLP-CCC or CFY status accepted Experience in pediatric and elementary school settings preferred Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and staff Compassionate, patient, and flexible approach with students
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary-aged children Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students' unique needs Deliver direct therapy services within school settings, both individually and in small groups Consult with educators and families to support students' progress and educational goals Maintain accurate reports, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Attend IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students on your caseload
