Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling role supporting students' communication development in a dynamic educational environment! This contract opportunity offers Speech-Language Pathologists a chance to make a meaningful difference in a school setting, working with children and adolescents to help them reach their full potential.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered Prior experience in pediatrics, school, or healthcare settings Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational and communication skills
Essential Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and IEP goals Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings Maintain accurate records for student progress and compliance requirements Consult and collaborate with school staff and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed The role offers the chance to work with a supportive staff that values collaboration and student-centered care.
