Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting middle school students in the Wellesley Hills, MA area! This role is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who enjoys working with 6th-8th graders and thrives in a collaborative school-based environment. You'll play a vital role in helping students reach their communication goals, working five days a week with a steady 32.5-hour schedule.
Key Qualifications:
SLP-CCC credential required Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings strongly preferred Expertise in developing and implementing speech-language intervention plans Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and document progress Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to middle school students, focusing on a range of communication needs Assess, diagnose, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and speech goals Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student success Maintain accurate records of student progress, session notes, and required documentation Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and child study consultations Starting September 2nd, this contract position offers competitive weekly pay ranging from $50 to $55 per hour, recognizing your expertise and dedication.
