Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Become a valued advocate for student communication and academic growth by stepping into a dynamic speech-language pathology position supporting elementary and secondary students. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and teens while furthering your expertise in both in-person and teletherapy settings. The role offers full-time hours and the chance to work with a manageable caseload of 55-60 students. Enjoy the variety provided by both elementary and secondary openings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to foster language, articulation, and social communication skills. School hours typically range from 8:30 AM-3:15 PM at elementary sites, and 7:30 AM-2:15 PM for secondary students, so you'll know what to expect and can plan accordingly.
Qualifications:
Holds or is eligible for a Speech-Language Pathologist license CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome Experience or interest in school-based therapy with pediatric populations Comfortable with healthcare and teletherapy practices Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language services in group and individual settings Assess, plan, and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists Maintain documentation and evaluation records per district/state requirements Participate in student progress meetings and multidisciplinary planning Engage students in creative, evidence-based therapeutic interventions Enjoy a role where your efforts shape student achievement and social development, providing essential services across diverse age groups.
