You'll work with a diverse caseload of 55-60 students across elementary and secondary schools, each with unique backgrounds, needs, and aspirations. Schedules generally follow traditional school hours, providing both routine and flexibility, and leaving plenty of room to pursue personal adventures during your downtime.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active OT license Experience working in schools, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy settings Comfort supporting both elementary (8:30-3:15) and secondary (7:30-2:15) student schedules Excellent communication and teamwork skills Passion for promoting student success and advocating for inclusive education
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based OT services to elementary and secondary students Develop and implement individualized intervention plans Work collaboratively with school staff and families Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports Adapt interventions for teletherapy or home health when needed
