Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists interested in making a difference in a school-based setting. Multiple contract positions are open for full-time or part-time SLPs, offering a chance to work with diverse student populations and various caseloads for the new school year. With both onsite and teletherapy roles available, this is an excellent chance to further your experience in pediatric speech therapy while collaborating within a supportive educational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Previous experience in a school setting and/or pediatric population Comfortable with a range of service delivery models, including teletherapy Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams CFY candidates may be considered if on-site SLP-CCC supervision is securedKey Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students according to IEPs Evaluate, diagnose, and document communication disorders Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement intervention plans Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with all district and legal requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for student progress Support students' academic and functional success through targeted interventions and assistive technology as needed Benefits of theRole:
