Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Experience the opportunity to make a meaningful difference supporting students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This role offers a chance to collaborate with educators and caregivers, providing direct and virtual therapy to help children achieve communication milestones. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow, this role provides a dynamic environment to refine your skills in both traditional and teletherapy settings.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required) Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed and supported Experience in schools or pediatric settings highly valued Skilled in individualized education program (IEP) development and implementation Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery preferred Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address student goals Deliver therapy services in person and/or via teletherapy platforms Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Prepare documentation, progress reports, and maintain compliance with school guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
