Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Experience in acute care or hospital-based therapy preferred Current BLS certification Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced, collaborative environments

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes Maintain meticulous and timely documentation according to hospital standards and payor requirements Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to overall patient care planning Educate patients and families on rehabilitation programs and safe discharge plans
