Key Qualifications:
Valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Prior experience in schools or educational environments preferred Proficiency in fine and gross motor skill development and intervention Experience with OT teletherapy platforms highly valued Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and deliver therapy services to students in individual or group settings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student achievement and access to learning Implement and monitor progress on individualized therapy goals Use teletherapy and in-person methods as needed to provide flexible, accessible support Document treatment and progress in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
