Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Pediatrics Office and Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee daily clinical operations and manage the financial processes of our pediatric practice. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical office management, revenue cycle management, and healthcare administration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead operational efficiencies, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimize revenue streams while maintaining exceptional patient care standards. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of pediatric office operations, including patient scheduling, medical records management, and clinical workflows. Manage the revenue cycle process from patient registration and billing to collections and accounts receivable follow-up. Supervise administrative staff, nursing personnel, and billing teams to ensure high performance and adherence to policies. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Dentrix to maintain accurate medical documentation and billing records. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, JCAHO standards, and other healthcare industry guidelines to protect patient privacy and data security. Develop and monitor budgets, financial reports, and key performance indicators related to clinic operations and revenue management. Coordinate with human resources for staffing, training, and performance evaluations while fostering a positive team environment. Implement process improvements in clinic workflows and revenue cycle procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability. Experience Proven experience in medical office management within a pediatric or healthcare setting. Strong background in revenue cycle management, billing practices, and financial oversight using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks. Supervising experience with administrative staff, nursing teams, or billing personnel in a clinical environment. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations including JCAHO standards. Familiarity with practice management software like Eaglesoft or Dentrix is preferred. Demonstrated ability in budgeting, financial management, and utilization management within a healthcare context. Prior experience working in a pediatric or dental clinic setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
