Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs. Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and strength. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Collaborate with case manager to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

Valid California state license as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. Experience in patient care within clinical or home health settings preferred. Ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and families. Familiarity with acute care environments is a plus.
